80’s Movies Monday-Best of the Worst?
So, I’m not sure if this is really a “Best of the Worst” like the past posts in this category, or just the worst. I’m thinking the latter.
Here are Lorraine’s picks for the worst of the 80’s movies, and I’d have to agree with these! Lorraine writes at Pender Island Musings.
- Class of Nuke ‘Em High, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Howard The Duck, and sorry for you Trekkie fans but #3 was horrible.
Howard the Duck came up when I was watching the extras on the Some Kind of Wonderful (Special Collector’s Edition)DVD. Leah Thompson talks about how she was approached for the film (maybe for the second time? I think she turned it down the first time.) right as Howard the Duck was being released and was totally flopping. That would be nervewracking to agree to help anchor a movie when the last one was so bad. Yikes!
