Who’s Johnny?
To be honest, until today I thought El Debarge was the name of the band, and not a member of the band called Debarge. Sorry. Good thing I do a little research here.
It doesn’t, however, change the fact that, “Who’s Johnny?” has been stuck in my head for 24 hours! At least it’s a fun song.
What 80’s songs remain on your brain once you’ve heard them?

Yes, Debarge was their last name. Just like with the Jacksons. It was Chico Debarge and El and some others……I don’t remember. I only bring this up because I sometimes have some interesting experiences in the Army. When I was stationed in Germany I worked with a girl who personally knew the Debarge family. She even had pictures of herself with them. She was from New York City. I also once met someone who knew Whitney Houston back when she was in high school before she became messed up.
Oh Yeah! Forgot to say that I liked most of Debarge’s other songs better than “Who’s Johnny”
I had that song stuck in my head for 3 or 4 days! Now that I’ve read your comments, it’s probably going to get stuck again. Maybe I’ll have to listen to some of their other songs to keep that from happening.
