The Brat Pack set on DVD

Brat Pack Collection (The Breakfast Club/ Sixteen Candles/ Weird Science)Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, and Weird Science all in the same DVD set. What could be better?

My friend just got in town and brought this with her (because I bought it for her for Christmas and then said, “Hey, can you bring that with you when you come into town?” Self-serving, I know, but she does truly love these movies, too. Not like I’m torturing her here, people.)

Now, if they had only included Pretty in Pink as well. That’s one of my favorites, despite my loathing of pink.

Which is your favorite Brat Pack flick?

I can’t pick a favorite. They are like my children. Anyway, I like almost all teen flicks, even many recent ones.

wow, I forget to check out this blogsite…doug reminded me that I needed to see what was here since he has been checking it out a lot lately.

as for this set…..I never knew it existed but now I have to put it on my christmas list too. the fact is…..my pal Susan, class of 86, and myself as high schoolers watched Sixteen Candles religiously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Weird Science was also hilarious and we had a few lines that we would always joke about in school. Not out loud where the teachers could here cuz that would have gotten us sent to the office!!!!!!

    Aaaaah…..memories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    :)
