Ah, Madonna. Isn’t she amazing? After all of these years, she’s still rockin’ (nevermind that she looks amazing!), and come May 21st she may be rockin’ near a concert hall near you.

The Queen of Pop has announced the dates for her World Is My Dance Floor tour, kicking off in Los Angeles May 21 after a one-off gig later this month at the Coachella Valley Music Festival.

The summer tour is set to make stops in 13 major North American cities, including New York, Chicago and Las Vegas, before the Material One’s itinerary wraps July 22 in Miami and she hops the Atlantic for 10 more dates in Europe. She’s also planning to tour Japan, but no dates have been announced.

The disco-themed tour will feature music from her latest multiplatinum album, Confessions on a Dance Floor, no doubt including the hit singles “Hung Up” and “Sorry,” but apparently not too many Madonna classics.

I love “Hung Up”. I think it’s one of my favorite Madonna songs. Though she’s got so many it’s so hard to decide! I think The Immaculate Collection remains my favorite Madonna album ever, though.
